Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OZFitTech. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee refund on eligible items. Please read the following guidelines to understand our refund process:

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please check the product description or contact us for further information.

Initiating a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • An image or video (of acceptable quality) of the product that clearly shows:
    1. the fault or damage (if applicable)
    2. what part is missing (if applicable);
    3. the product in the original packaging (if applicable); and/or
    4. the product’s instruction manual with the fault or damage and/or missing part indicated, for example by circling the area damaged or from which a part is missing (if applicable) .In addition, please provide a brief explanation of the fault or damage, and what the customer is requesting, i.e. refund, credit or replacement of parts/product
  • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee in certain circumstances. Our customer support team will inform you of any applicable fees.
